This season peplum skirts and dresses were hitting the runway to transform this spring/summer 2012 fashion season. The word Peplum comes from the greek word 'tunic' it is usually seen as a short overskirt that is attached to a jacket, blazer, or dress. A more reasonable price to rock this trend was seen in the Vogue December Issue, the H&M shirt that is priced right around $50.00
